Under EU GDPR and Turkish KVKK (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kanunu) Law No. 6698, our legal bases for processing are:

- Contract — for treatment provision when you become a patient
- Legal obligation — for medical record retention
- Legitimate interest — for security and fraud prevention
Data retention
- Enquiry-only data (no treatment proceeded): retained 24 months then deleted
- Treatment records: retained as required by Turkish medical regulations (minimum 20 years for surgical records)
- Photos: retained as part of the medical record; not used externally without explicit consent
Your rights
Under GDPR and KVKK you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations)
- Object to processing
